Supreme Court allows restoration of a Special Leave Petition filed by M/S Sanjay Auto Care & Anr. against Union of India & Ors.
The Court condoned a delay of 534 days in filing the application for restoration of the SLP.
The order was passed by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Vipul M. Pancholi in chamber proceedings.
The miscellaneous application stands allowed, restoring the SLP to its original file.
