Sanstar Limited has submitted a regulatory intimation to BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited pursuant to SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 regarding changes in the composition of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee (SRC).
Key Changes in Committee Composition
- Mr. Aniket Sunil Talati has resigned from the position of Chairperson of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee with effect from October 7, 2026
- Mr. Talati will continue to serve as an Independent Director of the Company
- He will remain a member of the other Committees of the Board
- He will continue as a member of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee
- Ms. Sejal Ronak Agrawal has provided consent to act as Chairperson of the SRC
- The Board of Directors approved Ms. Agrawal's appointment as SRC Chairperson through a circular resolution dated October 13, 2026

- The constitution of all other committees remains unchanged
- The composition of the Board of Directors remains unchanged
