Supreme Court dismissed review petition filed by M/s Santi Ceramics Pvt Ltd against its civil appeal judgment dated 13 Oct 2025.
The Court also rejected oral hearing request and dismissed review petition of Ludhiana Improvement Trust challenging SLP order dated 5 May 2025.
In both cases, the Court condoned filing delays and ordered disposal of any pending interlocutory applications.
