Santosh Fine Fab Ltd intimates BSE of Ms Radha Sushil Kumar Sharma's appointment as Compliance Officer effective 13th April 2026.
Appointment was approved by Board resolution dated 13th April 2026 and covers Company Secretary and Compliance Officer roles under SEBI LODR.
Ms Sharma is a qualified Company Secretary (ACS No. 46047) and will ensure compliance with Companies Act 2013 and corporate laws.
