Saven Technologies Independent Directors Meeting Outcome

Saven Technologies held an Independent Directors Meeting on 24th March 2026 to conduct mandatory governance reviews.
Independent Directors reviewed performance of non-independent directors, the Board as a whole, and the Chairperson.
The meeting also assessed quality, quantity, and timeliness of information flow between management and the Board.
