These regulations allow conducting Annual General Meetings through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) and permit communication with shareholders via registered email IDs.
Update Procedures Required
Shareholders must update the following details through specified channels:
For Email ID & PAN Update:
- Physical Holding: Send email to investorrelations@saven.in or xlfield@gmail.com with details in prescribed form ISR-1 (available on company website www.saven.in)
- Demat Holding: Update through Depository Participant
- Required Documents: Signed request letter mentioning folio number, signed form, and KYC documents
For Bank Mandate Update:
- Physical Holding: Send email to investorrelations@saven.in or xlfield@gmail.com with details in prescribed form ISR-1 or ISR-2 (as applicable)
- Demat Holding: Update through Depository Participant
- Required Documents: Signed request letter mentioning folio number, signed form, and KYC documents
Implications of Non-Compliance
The company has discontinued physical dispatch of all communications, notices, financial statements, dividend warrants, and other documents. Shareholders who do not update their details will not receive these communications through physical channels.
Purpose and Rationale
The update is required to:
- Facilitate better and timely communication with shareholders
- Ensure timely receipt of dividends or other considerations
- Help prevent fraudulent encashment of warrants
