Sayaji Hotels Appoints Dual Internal Auditors FY27

Sayaji Hotels appointed Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP as internal auditor for its Indore Unit for FY 2026-27.
The company also appointed Abhinav Khandelwal & Associates as internal auditor for its Corporate and Altara Unit for FY27.
Both appointments were approved by the board based on audit committee recommendations on 16th May 2026.
The disclosure is made pursuant to SEBI Listing Regulations Regulation 30 requirements.
