Sayaji Hotels (Indore) Limited has submitted a regulatory disclosure to BSE Limited regarding recent regulatory and legal developments affecting one of its hotel units.

The company received an order dated 22nd August, 2026 from the Office of the Collector (Excise), District Indore, Madhya Pradesh. This order directs the suspension of the Company's Hotel Bar (FL-3) Licence. The suspension is effective until the earlier of either: (1) the revocation of the suspension order issued by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI), or (2) 31st March, 2027.

The Excise Department's action was taken pursuant to the FSSAI order dated 21st August, 2026, which was previously intimated to the stock exchange on 22nd August, 2026.

In a parallel development, the Hon'ble High Court of Madhya Pradesh, Indore Bench, vide its order dated 22nd August, 2026, has granted a stay on the FSSAI order dated 21st August, 2026. The company has accordingly apprised the Excise Department about this High Court stay order.

Regarding financial impact, the disclosure states: "At present, the exact financial impact is not ascertainable with certainty. Any material impact or further development in the matter will be duly intimated to the Stock Exchange(s)."

The disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Clause 20 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III thereto.
