Supreme Court condoned filing delay in Special Leave Petition filed by Munna Lal Yadav against SBI’s HR Department.
The order was delivered on 18 May 2026 by Justices Prashant Kumar Mishra and Alok Aradhe.
Respondents must file a response to the notice by 7 August 2026 as directed by the Court.
