State Bank of India filed an application under Section 121 IBC to initiate bankruptcy proceedings against personal guarantor Nanjibhai Ranabhai Khamal.
The NCLT Ahmedabad accepted a compliance affidavit and directed issuance of notice to the guarantor returnable by July 29, 2026.
The tribunal ordered the guarantor to file a reply within seven days of notice receipt and listed the matter for further consideration.
