State Bank of India filed an application under Section 95 of the IBC, 2016 against a personal guarantor for Keya Buildtech LLP.
The NCLT Ahmedabad bench issued notice to the respondent, Mrs. Manish Mahendrabhai Patel, returnable by 4th May 2026.
The respondent is directed to file a reply within seven days of receiving the notice, with the applicant ordered to serve documents.
