SBI Insolvency Case 3rd Progress Report Filed

NCLT Hyderabad admits the 3rd Progress Report from the Bankruptcy Trustee in an insolvency case.
The application was filed by the Trustee in the matter of State Bank of India vs Mr. Manepalli Surya Manikyam.
The Bench allowed the application and disposed of it after taking the report on record.
