SBI-NHB Dispute Referred to Resolution Committee

Supreme Court modifies its January 2026 order to refer SBI and NHB's dispute to the Committee on Disputes.
The Committee, headed by Additional Secretary (Financial Services), was constituted under a November 2011 circular.
Either party must approach the Committee within two weeks for a resolution expected within six weeks.
The Court disposes of the interlocutory application seeking modification of its previous order.
