NCLT Hyderabad Bench adjourned a hearing in the State Bank of India insolvency case against PPS Enviro Power Pvt Ltd.
The matter was adjourned to May 8, 2026, to allow the Registrar of Companies to file a reply within two weeks.
The hearing was for an interlocutory application in the ongoing corporate insolvency resolution process under Section 7 of the IBC.
