State Bank of India held a General Meeting on May 15, 2026 to elect seven director candidates to its Central Board.
Shareholders approved four directors: Dr. Sandhya Shekhar, K.R. Ashok, Khurshed Rustom Dordi, and Sandeep Natwarlal Shah.
Voting was conducted via remote e-voting through NSDL from May 12-14, 2026 and during the meeting via VC/OAVM.
Mitesh Dhabliwala of Parikh & Associates was appointed as Scrutinizer to oversee the e-voting process and results.
