SC Adjourns Jajodia Finance Tax Case for 3 Weeks

The Supreme Court adjourned a tax dispute hearing between Jajodia Finance and the Principal Commissioner of Income Tax for three weeks.
The adjournment was granted due to the personal difficulty of the senior counsel for the petitioner.
The case is a special leave petition against an order of the Calcutta High Court.
