Petitioner Supreme Court Bar Association Multi State Cooperative Group Housing Society Ltd filed a writ petition against NCT of Delhi and others.
The Court, comprising Justices Vikram Nath, Sandeep Mehta, and Vijay Bishnoi, ordered the matter to be listed on 18 August 2026.
Petitioner instructed to submit fresh representation to relevant authorities and state governments within one week of the order.
The Court will consider the submitted representation and issue a final decision within two months from the date of submission.
