The Supreme Court heard Petition for Special Leave to Appeal (C) No.16405/2026 on 13 May 2026 at the apex court in New Delhi.
Petitioner Abhishek Karnani challenged the High Court’s judgment dated 9 February 2026 in CO No.275/2025 issued by the Calcutta High Court earlier.
Justices Sanjay Kumar and K. Vinod Chandran found no sufficient ground to interfere and dismissed the petition in its entirety.
