The Supreme Court heard Special Leave Petition (C) No. 32309/2025 filed by Abraham Mathai against Lakhani Realty LLP & others.
The Court, after hearing counsel, declined to interfere with the High Court's earlier order and dismissed the SLP.
The Court noted that the merits of the underlying suit and interlocutory applications will be decided independently of this order.
Any pending applications shall stand disposed of per the order.
