Supreme Court heard Special Leave Petitions filed by Orissa Minerals Development Co. against Jai Balaji Industries on 8 May 2026.
The Court condoned delay in refiling but found no merit to interfere with the High Court’s earlier judgment dated 9 Dec 2025.
Both Special Leave Petitions were dismissed, and any pending applications were ordered to stand disposed of.
