The Supreme Court heard Special Leave Petitions filed by A. Sundararaj against M/s Ramesh Marketing.
The Court condoned delay in refiling the petitions but declined to interfere with the impugned High Court order dated 17‑11‑2025.
Both Special Leave Petitions were dismissed, and any accompanying interlocutory applications were disposed of.
