The Supreme Court of India heard a special leave petition between Chhattisgarh Road Development Corporation and Raigarh Pathalgaon Expressway Limited.
The Court allowed the respondent two weeks to file a counter affidavit and listed the matter for hearing on 08 May 2026.
The Court also considered applications for condonation of delay and permission to file additional documents.
