The Supreme Court heard Civil Appeal No.5783/2022 between Union of India and Ganpati Dealcom Pvt Ltd on 11 May 2026.
The Court directed filing of spare copies and fresh particulars within four weeks and issuance of fresh notice to unserved respondents.
The fresh notice is to be returned within eight weeks, as ordered by Justice Manmohan in chamber.
