Order
1. Continuing the order dated 09.12.2024, the Court appoints PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) at Chennai as the forensic auditor to audit the accounts of the auction purchaser (respondent No.3) concerning expenditures incurred on renovation of the hotel after the auction. The auditor shall also estimate the market value of the hotel as of the auction date.
2. The forensic audit report must be submitted within one month from the date of this order. The petitioner shall initially pay the requisite fees to PwC, subject to adjustment of such expenditure at the time of final disposal of the matter.
3. The petitioner shall promptly furnish a copy of this Order to PwC, Chennai.
4. The matter is listed for further hearing on 10.09.2026.
