C.L. Nirmala petitioned the Supreme Court for special leave to appeal a High Court order against Sri Gurusarvabhauma Soudhara Credit Cooperative Ltd.
Court issued notice to respondents and conditioned continuation of interim protection on deposit of Rs.15 lakh within three weeks.
Failure to deposit the amount will automatically vacate the interim order, ending the protection granted by the High Court.
