Petition for Special Leave to Appeal (Crl.) No. 7554/2026 filed by Ashish Nevatia & others against M/s Kala Enterprises, arising from the impugned final judgment dated 09-06-2025 in CRLRC No. 233/2023 of the Madras High Court.

The Registry was directed to accept the demand drafts dated 25‑08‑2026 for the corrected amount.
The five‑day delay beyond the 20‑08‑2026 deadline was condoned, allowing the deposits to be made without penalty.
