5. The original borrowers shall be permitted to participate in the valuation exercise conducted by the Government‑Approved Valuers.

6. The matter, including the Special Leave Petitions, is scheduled to be heard again on 07‑09‑2026, after which the Court will consider the valuation reports and the mortgage deeds.
