Supreme Court dismissed review petitions (Nos. 1422-1497/2021) in tax dispute between the Income Tax Commissioner and Engineering Analysis Centre of Excellence Pvt Ltd.
Dismissal follows the 23 April 2024 order (Diary No. 35475/2023) which rejected the petitions on grounds of delay and lack of merit.
Court held the 2 March 2021 judgment remains operative; no review will be entertained and all pending applications are also dismissed.
