Supreme Court set aside High Court paragraph and restored Appellate Court compensation order of ₹1 crore for Dhruv Varma.
The Court also directed M/s Vasu Tech Ltd and Ratan Lal Varma & Sons HUF each to pay ₹25 lakh as compensation.
Time to deposit the ordered amounts was extended to 31 July 2026 for the accused parties.
Two additional Special Leave Petitions arising from related revision petitions were also disposed of by the Court.
