Scan Steels Limited has submitted a formal clarification to The General Manager-Listing Department of Corporate Services at BSE Limited regarding the escrow payment mechanism requirements.
The company received an email from BSE dated July 1, 2026 requesting submission of details relating to the Escrow Payment Mechanism. In response, Scan Steels clarifies that this requirement is not applicable to the listed entity as the company has not issued and does not have any instruments or arrangements for which the escrow payment mechanism is applicable under the relevant SEBI Regulations.
Accordingly, the company states that no disclosure or submission is required in this respect and requests BSE to take this clarification on record.
