KYC Requirements
Security holders holding securities in physical form are required to update the following details for their corresponding folio numbers:
- PAN
- Contact Details: Postal Address with PIN and Mobile Number
- Bank Account Details (Bank and Branch name, bank account number, IFS Code)
- Specimen signature
Consequences of Non-Compliance
Shareholders whose folios do not have all the above details updated shall be:
- Eligible to lodge grievance or avail any service request from the RTA only after furnishing all required details
- Eligible for any payment including dividend, interest or redemption only through electronic mode with effect from April 01, 2024, only upon furnishing all details in entirety
Submission Process
Shareholders are requested to furnish the required details to the Registrar & Transfer Agent (RTA) through prescribed forms:
- Form ISR-1: Request to register PAN, KYC details or changes/updation thereof
- Form ISR-2: Specimen Signature
- Form SH-13: Registration of Nomination
- Form ISR-3: Declaration Form for Opting-out of Nomination
- Form SH-14: Cancellation or Variation of Nomination

Additional Request
The company also requests shareholders to provide/update 'choice of nomination' for ensuring smooth transmission of securities.
