SEDEMAC Appoints A.J. Paranjape as Cost Auditor

SEDEMAC Mechatronics appointed M/s. A. J. Paranjape & Co. as Cost Auditor for FY 2026-27 based on Audit Committee recommendation.
The Board approved the appointment during its meeting held on May 18, 2026, as per SEBI Listing Regulations.
The appointed firm is a proprietary concern headed by Amogh Paranjape with over 28 years of experience in cost accounting.
