Shanti Spintex Appoints Kunal Agrawal as Internal Auditor

Shanti Spintex Limited has appointed M/s. Kunal Agrawal & Associates, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 132720W) as the Internal Auditor of the Company for the financial year 2026-27.

The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 13.08.2026, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee. The appointment is effective from 13.08.2026.

The reason for the appointment is to comply with the requirements under the Companies Act, 2013 and the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
