Campaign Details

The Company has launched its second 100-day "Saksham Niveshak" campaign running from April 1, 2026 to July 9, 2026, following guidance from the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority, Ministry of Corporate Affairs via email dated March 27, 2026. This is the Company's second such campaign, with the first having run from July 28, 2025 to November 6, 2025.

Purpose and Context

The campaign aims to contact shareholders with unpaid dividends lying in the Company's Unpaid Dividend Account. Shareholders are requested to update their KYC details and claim unpaid/unclaimed dividends before amounts are transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) as per statutory requirements. Dividends remaining unclaimed for seven consecutive years are liable to be transferred to IEPF along with corresponding shares.

Shareholder Requirements

Shareholders must update: PAN, Contact Details (Postal Address with PIN and Mobile Number), Bank Account Details (Bank and Branch name, bank account number, IFS Code), Specimen signature, and Nominee Registration.

Payment Method Constraints

Effective November 19, 2025, SEBI has mandated dividend payments only through electronic modes. For physical share holders, dividends are only payable electronically effective April 1, 2024 upon furnishing all required details.
