Court accepted MoU dated 11 May 2026 confirming Rs 50 lakh paid and Rs 1.5 crore to be paid by three post‑dated cheques subsequently.
The post‑dated cheques are scheduled for 15 June, 13 July and 10 August 2026, completing the Rs 2 crore settlement as per the agreement.
Judges Pamidighantam Sri Narasimha and Alok Aradhe delivered the order on 19 May 2026, disposing pending interlocutory applications in the civil appeals.
