NCLT Allahabad adjourns eight execution petitions against Shivam Traders and Hire Purchase Pvt Ltd to 8th June 2026.
All petitions relate to alleged violations of Section 45QA of the RBI Act, 1934, and were disposed of via video on 16th January 2026.
Multiple petitioners include corporate entities Madhusudan Motors, Mukund Sales, and individuals from the Agarwal family.
The Tribunal ordered completion of pleadings by exchange between parties ahead of the next hearing.
