The Supreme Court listed applications on 5 May 2026 seeking exemption from filing the impugned judgment copy.
Petitioners Shree Balaji Grit Udyog & Ors also requested permission to file additional documents and stay orders.
The Court, comprising Justices Vikram Nath, Sandeep Mehta and Vijay Bishnoi, ordered the applications not be deleted from 8 May 2026.
