NCLT Allahabad Bench allows liquidator's application to extend the corporate insolvency resolution process by six months from January 5, 2026.
The extension was recommended by the Consultation Committee (SCC) in its meeting held on January 7, 2026, due to pending applications.
The tribunal condoned the delay in filing the extension application as the liquidation period had already expired on January 5, 2026.
All other interim applications in the matter are adjourned for hearing on June 10, 2026.
