Shree Cement received a demand order imposing a penalty of ₹68.56 lakh from Rajasthan's Department of Mines & Geology, Ajmer Circle.
The penalty relates to delayed compliance under Mineral Concession Rules, 1960, observed during a 2013 inspection at Sheopura Kesarpura Mines, Rajasthan.
The company stated the order has no major financial impact and suitable legal actions will be taken in due course.
