The violation related to the delayed submission of the Secretarial Compliance Report in the prescribed format and within the stipulated timeline.
The matter was placed before and noted by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on August 12th, 2026. The Board confirmed that upon receipt of the communication from BSE, the Company promptly took necessary steps and filed the requisite compliance with BSE on June 22nd, 2026.
The Board has advised that appropriate measures be taken to strengthen the Company's internal compliance and monitoring processes. The Company has undertaken necessary corrective and preventive measures to strengthen its compliance framework and ensure timely submission of statutory and regulatory filings, minimizing the possibility of any such inadvertent delay or non-compliance in the future.
