Company's Response to Price Movement Query
The company states that it regularly discloses all events and information having bearing on company operations/performance, including price-sensitive information, as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company also furnishes such information to exchanges upon request.
Regarding the significant price movement observed on the exchange, the company states that whatever price movement occurred in the company's shares is "purely market driven only" and that the company has no knowledge of anyone's involvement in such price movement.
