The Court permits the petitioner to rectify all deficiencies pointed out by the authorities on or before 17 October 2026 peremptorily; no further extension shall be granted.
If the petitioner complies with all deficiencies by that date, its prayer for grant of NOC may be considered and a decision, positively, shall be taken by the authorities on or before 27 October 2026.
The writ petition is disposed of.
An urgent certified copy of this order shall be granted on proper application.
