Shri Dinesh Mills Appoints Dhirubhai Shah as Auditors

Shri Dinesh Mills Limited has disclosed the appointment of M/s. Dhirubhai Shah & Co., LLP, Chartered Accountants as the company's new Statutory Auditors. The appointment was made by the Board of Directors for a term of five consecutive financial years, covering the period from FY 2026-2027 to FY 2030-2031.

The auditor firm holds an ICAI Firm Registration No. 102511W/V100298 and a Peer Review Certificate No. 022538 issued by the Peer Review Board of the ICAI. This appointment is subject to approval by the shareholders of the company.
