SIDBI Withdraws Ruchit Surati Insolvency Petition After Settlement

NCLT Ahmedabad allows withdrawal of SIDBI's Section 95 insolvency petition against personal guarantor Ruchit Bharat Surati.
Withdrawal follows a one-time settlement of Rs 42.5 lakhs against a total claim of Rs 1.71 crores.
The settlement was approved by the Committee of Creditors in a meeting held on January 20, 2026.
The personal insolvency resolution process against the guarantor stands closed as a result.
