SIDH AUTOMOBILES LIMITED

The company informs that pursuant to Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, compliance with corporate governance provisions specified in Regulations 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27 and clause (b) to (i) of Sub Regulation (2) of Regulation 46 and Para C, D and E of Schedule V shall not apply to the company.
This exemption is based on the company's financial parameters as of March 31, 2026:

- Net Worth: Less than ₹25 crore
As a result of falling under this exemption criteria, the company is specifically not required to comply with Regulation 23(9) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
