Silverstorm Parks Authorizes KMPs for Materiality Determinations

Silverstorm Parks and Resorts Limited has made a regulatory disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company has formally authorized three Key Managerial Personnel to determine the materiality of events or information for making disclosures to Stock Exchanges, in accordance with the company's Policy for Determination of Materiality of Events or Information.
