Singhi Infrapower Projects Pvt Ltd withdrew its unregistered miscellaneous application before the Supreme Court.
The withdrawal was allowed in terms of a letter dated April 11, 2026.
The matter was heard by Registrar Ms. Sujata Singh in the Registrar Court.
