Supreme Court Registrar condones delay in filing for an income tax petition against Sipura Developers Pvt Ltd.
The court issues immediate notice to the respondent and schedules the next hearing for 21st May 2026.
The petition is filed by the PR Commissioner of Income Tax 7 against the real estate developer.
