Sky Gold Appoints M S K A & Associates as Auditors

Sky Gold and Diamonds appointed M S K A & Associates LLP as its new statutory auditors, subject to shareholder approval.
The appointment was approved by the Board following the Audit Committee's recommendation to strengthen corporate governance.
Managing Director Mangesh Chauhan stated this move enhances financial reporting standards and supports long-term growth vision.
The new auditors are a member firm of BDO International and will also audit the company's material subsidiaries.
