Skyline Ventures shareholders approved all nine special resolutions via postal ballot e-voting concluded on April 28, 2026.
Resolutions include acquisition of 100% equity in SPVO Two Point O Ventures and significant increase in borrowing powers.
Independent directors Ravindra Narasimha Aluri and K V L Priyanka were regularized with near-unanimous approval.
The company also authorized NRI investments up to 24% of paid-up capital and appointed GVR and Associates as secretarial auditor.
